Job summary

Red Tail Residential, LLC is seeking a Property Manager II to oversee daily operations, financial performance, and resident satisfaction at a designated community. This role requires strong leadership, cost control, and the ability to guide an on-site team to maintain safety and market competitiveness.

The Property Manager will ensure high occupancy, prepare reports, and implement marketing strategies while upholding company policies and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPM, CAM, RMP, or CMCA certifications preferred but not required.
• Minimum of one year of Property Manager experience in multifamily housing.

Responsibilities

• Maximize NOI through budgeting and cost control.
• Maintain high occupancy via marketing, leasing, and retention.
• Develop and adjust marketing plans based on market conditions.
• Prepare operational and financial reports accurately and on time.
• Recruit, train, and lead the on-site team; uphold standards.
• Enforce company policies and procedures per operations manual.
• Lead daily/weekly team meetings for goals and direction.
• Ensure safety and maintenance through regular inspections.
• Coordinate vendors to ready vacant units per standards.
• Conduct market surveys to ensure competitive positioning.
• Provide excellent customer service and address resident concerns.
