Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Show apartment homes to prospective residents and conduct tours.
• Answer phones and emails to advance leasing opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of neighborhood specials and pricing adjustments.
• Schedule resident appointments to discuss renewals and leasing options.
• Oversee on-site staff and assist in hiring and timecard approvals.
• Ensure grounds, files, budgets, and expenses are well managed.
• Travel between Redwood neighborhoods as needed.
• Be accessible for calls or emergencies outside regular hours.
