Raleigh Housing Authority is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a multi-site subsidized housing portfolio in Raleigh, NC. You will manage leasing, determine eligibility, set subsidized rents, collect rents, inform tenants of policies, inspect units, ensure compliance, and handle renewals and court filings as needed.

Strong leadership and organizational skills are required, along with experience in property management and proficiency in Yardi.

Competenze

• Graduation from a four-year college or university with major coursework in business administration, public administration, or property management, or equivalent experience.
• Considerable experience in property management, preferably in a public housing authority.
• Must possess and maintain a valid NC driver's license.
• Proficiency with Yardi software and Microsoft 365 (Word/Excel).

Mansioni

• Manage a multi-site subsidized housing rental portfolio.
• Oversee site operations including planning, budgeting, marketing, fiscal management and staff leadership.
• Handle leasing, determine eligibility and subsidized rents, collect rents and inform tenants of policies.
• Inspect units and grounds, ensure compliance, investigate lease violations, renewals and court filings.
• Manage waiting list and qualify applicants; provide leadership and direction to staff.
