Qualifications

• 3+ years residential multi-site management experience.
• Education: high school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Tax credit experience a must.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations, financial performance, and resident experience across seven properties.
• Coach and develop on-site managers; monitor budgets and variances.
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC/HUD-style programs where applicable.
• Lead site visits, occupancy goals, and lease-up activities.
