• Experience in multi-family housing operations and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day operations of the property, leading the team and allocating resources to meet budgeted goals.
• Participates in budget development by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Sets rent rates, ensures timely rent collection, deposits funds, and reviews monthly financials.
• Approves vendor invoices, ensures insurance certificates are valid, codes expenses, and coordinates with stakeholders.
• Controls expenditures to stay within budget and manages petty cash for the property.
• Oversees lease enforcement, application approvals, renewals, inspections, notices, evictions, and late fees.
• Analyzes market trends and implements marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promotes resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and service requests; supervises maintenance staff.
• Conducts regular property inspections to maintain safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal.
• Supervises staff through hiring, orientation, training, and performance management.
• Assists in owner/client relations with site tours and performance updates.
