Drucker & Falk, LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Raleigh, NC for a multi-site portfolio including THE RALEIGH, WEDGWOOD, SHAMROCK. The role supports the Property Manager across operations, leasing, and resident relations.

You will handle apartment showings, applications, move-ins/outs, and renewal processing while maintaining files and coordinating with other departments. Growth potential and strong benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ work experience in retail sales or customer related service.
• Detailed oriented individual with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of apartment rental and collection practices.
• Excellent customer service skills as well as sales and marketing skills.
• Organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to work well with others and ability to work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Show apartments and process applications for prospective residents.
• Handle and coordinate all details of move-ins and move-outs.
• Prepare and maintain resident files according to company policies.
• Initiate the lease renewal process and forward completed packets to the Property Manager for approval.
• Process maintenance service requests.
• Maintain good resident relations in the community.
• Prepare weekly traffic/renewal status reports.
• Keep the advertising and websites file up to date.
