WinnCompanies in Bellflower, CA, seeks a Property Manager II to manage an apartment community, meet owner objectives, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role oversees rent setting, occupancy, renewals, and financial reporting on a full-time, on-site basis.
Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; onsite housing is not provided. The successful candidate will supervise staff, coordinate maintenance, and uphold Winn’s standards while navigating LIHTC and state regulations.

WinnCompanies is searching for a Property Manager II to join our team in Bellflower, CA.
In this role, you will effectively manage, market, and maintain the apartment community, meet the financial objectives of the owner and management company, and comply with all applicable regulatory standards and requirements.
Please note that the pay range for this position is $63,369 to $72,263 annually.
Additionally, the regular work schedule is as follows: Monday through Friday, from 8:00AM to 5:00PM.
Onsite housing is not provided for this position.

Salary will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
