Job summary

Boulder Housing Partners seeks a Property Manager to oversee a portfolio with PBV focus, LIHTC/HUD programs, and various affordable housing types. You will lead site management, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive occupancy and customer service across properties in Boulder.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in housing or property management, strong leadership, and expertise in PBV/HUD programs. This role includes on-site work and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least three years’ experience in housing or property management with multi-site oversight.
• Experience managing PBV properties or HUD-assisted housing preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, LIHTC, and HUD programs.
• Valid Colorado driver’s license and own vehicle for transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general property management responsibilities including admissions compliance.
• Train and supervise Assistant Property Managers and Leasing Specialists.
• Monitor rent collection, budgets, and property performance benchmarks.
• Ensure compliance reporting and process improvements across sites.
• Maintain resident files, move-ins/outs, renewals, and occupancy.
• Coordinate with maintenance and resident services to meet goals.
