Qualifications

• Five years of experience in affordable housing or property management preferred.
• Lease-up or related real-estate experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees resident and employee relations; works with supportive service providers.
• Ensures property management data in software is up-to-date and reports are timely.
• Maintains compliance with Fair Housing, Section 42, HOME, and HUD 8 programs.
