Qualifications

• Understanding of mental illness, substance use disorders, and diverse populations.
• Demonstrated ability to work with homeless individuals and families.
• 1-3 years' experience working with homeless individuals and families or mentally ill or chemically dependent populations.

Responsibilities

• Rent tracking and collection.
• Interface with service providers to maintain relationships and resources.
• Screen and refer clients with PATH/front door for housing referrals.
• Process evictions and coordinate with attorney and courts.
• Attend lease signings and coordinate inspections.
• Maintain safe, clean living environments and enforce lease terms.
