Job summary

Project HOME is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support management of House of Grace & Ray affordable housing communities in Philadelphia, PA. You will assist with daily operations, leasing, certifications, and compliance to ensure residents have safe, stable homes.

Work with Property Managers, Residential Services staff, residents, and vendors to maintain well-kept properties, meet regulatory requirements, and respond to resident needs with attention to detail and service orientation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of affordable housing property management experience.
• Experience with LIHTC, HUD, and/or PHFA housing programs.
• Experience utilizing property management software, preferably Yardi.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations across assigned affordable housing properties.
• Support leasing, certifications, recertifications, evictions, and marketing activities.
• Ensure compliance with HUD, LIHTC, PHFA, Fair Housing, and organizational requirements.
• Assist with resident move-ins, transfers, and lease administration activities.
