• Achieve leasing goals, advertise effectively and keep properties market-ready.
• Establish resident retention plans and address resident issues promptly.
• Oversee administrative tasks, leases, and reporting per policy.
• Supervise maintenance, ensure safety and upkeep of grounds and units.
• Record income/expenses accurately and handle daily deposits.
• Identify risks and follow safety procedures; handle losses and injuries.
• Travel for bank deposits, evictions, supplies, and meetings.
