• Assist Property Manager to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Lease units, conduct site tours, and show amenities.
• Assist in resident retention and host community events.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing plans.
• Handle inquiries from prospective residents and service requests.
• Ensure grounds and units are safe and well maintained.
• Screen applicants according to policy.
• Prepare and explain rental documents; ensure move-in readiness.
• Complete daily, weekly, month-end reports and process payments.
• Attend meetings and training; perform other tasks as needed.
