Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Property Manager in Lewisville, TX to oversee daily property operations, lease administration, rent collection, and marketing in line with company standards.

You will lead a team, ensure excellent customer service, and coordinate with residents and the corporate office while managing budgets and safety programs. A strong background in property management and related software is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Two to three years of experience in property management is required.
• One to two years of direct management experience is required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities is required.
• Real estate license is preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com is preferred.
• Prior experience with Yardi Voyager or another system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property including resident satisfaction and retention, full resident lifecycle activities, property P&L, and property marketing.
• Meet client expectations and provide an excellent customer service experience.
• Recruit, interview, give corrective feedback, and hire staff.
• Lead and coach associates, communicating a shared vision and development.
• Execute the strategic marketing plan to attract and retain residents.
• Comply with operations guidelines in the management agreement.
• Respond to resident complaints and coordinate with residents and the corporate office.
• Maintain professional knowledge through education, publications, and networking.
• Organize site emergency evacuation plans and safety protocols.
• Manage safety records, loss claims, and risk management initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
