Job summary

AION is seeking a Property Manager to lead daily operations of a multi-unit community. You will manage finances, leasing, and resident services while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and asset preservation.

You will supervise staff, coordinate maintenance, and ensure compliance with housing laws. A strong background in property management and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree or CPM preferred.
• 5–6 years of property management experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Real estate license in PA or NJ within 120 days of hire is required.
• Strong English communication, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Real Page preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial performance, aim for budgeted NOI
• Maximize cash flow, collect rent, and minimize delinquencies
• Prepare operating budgets and business plans with the team
• Monitor leasing activities, market rents, and occupancy
• Supervise safety, risk management, and monthly safety meetings
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff; conduct weekly team meetings
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and occupancy standards
