Job summary

AION is seeking a Service Manager under the Property Manager to oversee all maintenance and repair at our apartment community in Morrisville, PA. You will direct maintenance staff, schedule preventive work, manage budgets, and ensure curb appeal and safety.

This on-site leadership role requires 4+ years in maintenance, 2+ years supervising, and strong communication. You will coordinate contracted services, supervise safety meetings, and support resident service requests around the clock.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent and CFC certification.
• 4+ years’ experience in maintenance and repair for apartment communities.
• 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills in English, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all maintenance of the community.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Maintain records for work orders, services, and contracts.
• Walk the property daily to uphold curb appeal and safety.
• Coordinate apartment turns and renovations.
• Coordinate contracted services and manage invoices.
