Qualifications

• Two to three years of property management experience required.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Real estate license preferred in some locations; Salesforce.com and Yardi Voyager experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property, including resident satisfaction and retention, lease administration, rent collection, delinquency management, property P&L, and marketing.
• Meet client expectations and provide excellent customer service.
• Recruitment, interviewing, feedback, and hiring responsibilities.
• Lead and coach associates, communicating a shared vision and developing talent.
• Execute the strategic marketing plan to attract and retain residents.
• Adhere to operations guidelines in the property management agreement.
• Respond to resident issues and liaise with residents and corporate on common area maintenance and landlord rules.
• Maintain professional knowledge by attending workshops and reading professional publications.
• Organize site disaster and emergency evacuation plans.
• Manage safety records, loss claims, and risk management initiatives.
