Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Property Manager to oversee operations for a residential property. You will manage lease administration, maintenance coordination, and staff performance to ensure resident satisfaction and financial performance.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, exceptional customer service, and adherence to company standards. A background in property management and familiarity with Yardi Voyager or similar systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication with all levels of management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Driver’s license with clean record required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and resident satisfaction.
• Manage lease administration, rent collection, and delinquency management.
• Lead recruiting, interviewing, and coaching of staff.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain residents.
• Ensure compliance with property management agreements and regulations.
