Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a residential property. The role focuses on driving occupancy, managing rents and expenditures, and leading onsite staff with integrity and collaboration.

You will monitor leasing activities, maintain resident relations, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations while partnering with regional leadership to prepare budgets and asset plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in onsite property management (leasing and bookkeeping).
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and ability to motivate and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial performance by overseeing rents, occupancy, and expenditures.
• Supervise resident retention, leasing programs, and ensure maximum occupancy.
• Oversee resident relations, including calls, requests, and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Train and counsel onsite staff.
• Oversee leasing paperwork and service requests completion.
• Analyze monthly performance and budget projections; work with Regional Property Manager.
