Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Property Manager in the United States to oversee financial performance, leasing and resident relations for a multi-family property. The role requires managing rents, occupancies, and expenditures while leading onsite staff and maintaining compliance with policies and regulations.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of onsite property management experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Yardi.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in onsite property management, including leasing and bookkeeping knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and experience with property management software such as Yardi.
• Ability to review, understand and report financial information and budgeting.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Must be able to tour the community with clients and walk the property.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rents, occupancies and expenditures to manage financial performance.
• Supervise resident retention, renewal and leasing programs to maintain maximum occupancy.
• Manage resident relations, including taking calls, requests and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with Willow Bridge Property Company policy and local regulations.
• Train and counsel onsite staff.
• Oversee leasing paperwork and service requests.
• Analyze monthly performance and budget projections; coordinate with Regional Property Manager.
• Prepare annual asset business plans and budget forecasts.
• Audit lease files for policy adherence.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
