Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Property Manager to drive financial performance and resident satisfaction at an on-site community. You will oversee leasing, renewals, resident relations and staff supervision, while ensuring compliance and accurate reporting of budgets.

The role requires 1+ year of onsite property management, strong communication, budgeting and multitasking abilities, with flexible hours including weekends. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi is valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of onsite property management experience with leasing and bookkeeping knowledge.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and team leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Exposure to property management and accounting software; Yardi a plus.
• Ability to review, understand and report financial information.
• Understanding of marketing, budgeting and scheduling.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends and tour communities with clients.
• Valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial performance by overseeing rents, occupancies and expenditures.
• Supervise resident retention, renewal and leasing programs to maintain occupancy.
• Oversee resident relations including phone calls, requests and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Train and counsel onsite staff effectively.
• Oversee leasing paperwork and service requests completion.
• Analyze monthly performance and budget projections with Regional Property Manager.
• Prepare annual asset business plans and budget forecasts.
• Audit lease files and ensure policy compliance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
