Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year experience in onsite property management, including leasing and bookkeeping knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred for advancement and leadership responsibilities.
• Strong interpersonal communication and leadership capabilities are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with property management software, especially Yardi, is expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage the financial performance of the property, including rents, occupancies, and expenditures.
• Supervise resident retention, renewal, and leasing programs to maintain maximum occupancy.
• Oversee resident relations, including handling calls, requests, and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company policy and federal/local regulations.
• Train and counsel onsite staff, and oversee daily leasing paperwork and service requests.
• Analyze monthly performance and budget projections, and participate in annual asset plans.
