Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Property Manager to lead a residential community, drive occupancy, and optimize financial performance. You will supervise staff, handle leasing, and maintain resident relations to ensure high retention and service quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of onsite property management experience.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Familiarity with property management software and accounting software.
• Ability to review and report financial information.
• Understanding of marketing and budgeting concepts.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• State license or certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial performance: rents, occupancies and expenditures.
• Oversee resident retention, renewal and leasing programs to maintain maximum occupancy.
• Handle resident relations, calls, requests and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with policy and local/federal regulations.
• Train and counsel onsite staff.
• Oversee daily leasing paperwork and service requests.
• Analyze monthly performance and budget projections; present to Regional Property Manager.
• Maintain lease file policy and perform audits.
• Additional duties as assigned.
