The role requires 3+ years in property management, a relevant degree (4-year preferred or 2-year with experience), ARM/CAM/RAM/HCCP preferred, and strong customer service. Travel is occasional.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree preferred; alternative is 2-year degree with relevant experience.
• 3 years experience in Property Management or related field.
• ARM, CAM, RAM, or HCCP certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all property operations under Regional Property Manager.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff; manage leases and rents.
• Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and vendor management.
