You will assist with lease renewals, accounts payable/receivable, and weekly reporting, while supporting outreach marketing and cross‑department collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must have a 4-year degree or 2-year associate degree as listed.
• 2+ years work experience in retail sales or customer-related service.
• Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of apartment rental and collection practices.
• Excellent customer service, sales and marketing skills.
• Organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Residential Property Management.

Responsibilities

• Show apartments and process applications for prospective residents.
• Handle move-ins/move-outs and prepare resident files.
• Initiate lease renewals and coordinate with Property Manager for approval.
• Process maintenance service requests and keep records up to date.
• Prepare weekly traffic/renewal status reports.
• Assist in outreach marketing and follow up on rental leads.
• Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable as instructed.
• Collaborate with other departments and support property operations.
