Cirrus Apartments in Ashland, MA is seeking a Full-Time Property Manager to oversee operations, maximize occupancy, and guide staff. The role involves maintaining financial performance, resident satisfaction, and community appearance, with accountability for leasing, maintenance coordination, and reporting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two years of Property Management or related experience.
• Experience with housing/affordable apartments preferred.
• Compliance certification required, or willing to get certification.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred; willing to obtain if instructed by senior management.
• Problem-solving skills, data gathering, fact-based action.
• Ability to travel to attend company events, in or out of state.
• Fair Housing certification prior to interaction with prospects or residents.
• Proficient PC skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and community software.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates highest standards of integrity; adheres to policies and laws.

• Handles resident concerns with a positive customer service attitude.
• Develops and implements resident retention programs and communications.
• Communicates property events; conducts inspections with residents; makes courtesy calls.
• Ensures rents and related charges are collected and posted timely.
• Maintains property appearance; coordinates repairs; walks make-ready boards daily.
• Hires, trains, supervises on-site staff; oversees performance reviews and timesheets.
• Other duties as assigned.
