Commercial Northwest Property Management is seeking a results-driven Property Manager for The Asher Apartments in Boise. You will lead operations, oversee budgeting, leasing performance, and resident satisfaction while partnering with centralized leasing and accounting teams.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and experience managing multifamily communities. This is a full-time onsite position offering a competitive base salary and annual performance bonus potential.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years property management experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience reviewing financial statements and general ledger details.
• Strong understanding of property operations, budgeting, leasing, and resident relations.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and Idaho landlord-tenant laws.
• Proven experience leading teams and driving operational results.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee property operations and financial management, including annual budget with Regional Manager.
• Review financial statements and monitor variances; optimize expenses and revenue.
• Manage rent collections and delinquency procedures.
• Lead leasing and occupancy strategies to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Ensure resident satisfaction, handle escalations, and maintain property standards.
• Direct maintenance oversight, vendor performance, and capital improvements.
• Develop onsite team through coaching, clear expectations, and accountability.
