Ashby Development LLC is seeking a dynamic Property Manager to oversee all on-site operations of a residential community. The role focuses on maximizing occupancy and profitability while delivering high owner and resident satisfaction.

You will manage leasing, budgets, marketing, maintenance, and vendor coordination under regional direction, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience in property management.
• Understanding of Virginia Landlord Tenant Act and leasing practices.
• Up-to-date on the local real estate market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Experience with property management software preferred (Appfolio).

Responsibilities

• Total on-site operation of the assigned community.
• Maintain highest occupancy levels and profitability.
• Oversee leasing functions and resident relations.
• Manage budgets, marketing, maintenance, and admin tasks.
• Ensure rent collection, invoicing, and timely reporting.
• Coordinate maintenance and vendor activities; supervise on-site staff.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing Laws and company policies.
