Job summary

Drucker + Falk LLC seeks a Property Manager for Lynnwood Park in Raleigh, overseeing all aspects of property operations under the Regional Property Manager. Lead staff, manage leases, collect rents, and ensure maintenance and budget adherence.

Responsibilities include recruiting, evaluating staff, payroll records, vendor oversight, resident relations, and marketing the community while ensuring compliance with company policies and service standards.

Qualifications

• One or more of the following: degree or equivalent experience.
• Professional licenses/certifications preferred (ARM/CAM/RAM/HCCP).
• Experience in residential property management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise staff.
• Hire and terminate employees per policy.
• Evaluate staff and recommend salary actions.
• Manage payroll records and deadlines.
• Lease preparation and administration.
• Collect rents and handle delinquencies.
• Maintain financial records and budgets.
• Oversee maintenance and vendor contracts.
• Market the apartment community.
• Coordinate move-ins/outs and inspections.
• Respond to resident concerns and inquiries.
