Qualifications

• 4 year degree preferred, with strong background in property management or related field.
• Experience in managing staff, leases, budgets, and vendor relationships preferred.
• Proven communication, organizational, and customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise staff under their direction.
• Hire and terminate employees per company policy.
• Prepare and sign leases and related forms; assist in leasing.
• Collect rents and handle delinquency matters; maintain financial records.
• Monitor budgets, purchase supplies, and supervise contractors.
• Ensure property is well-maintained and residents are satisfied.
