Job summary

Drucker & Falk, LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for Shamrock Apartments in Raleigh, NC. Under supervision of the Property Manager, you will assist in all property management tasks to ensure cash flow, maintenance, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include showing apartments, processing applications, handling move-ins/move-outs, maintaining files, renewing leases, and coordinating maintenance. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ work experience in retail sales or customer related service
• Detailed oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of apartment rental and collection practices
• Excellent customer service and sales/marketing skills
• Organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Current driver’s license
• ARM or CAM preferred
• Knowledge of Residential Property Management

Responsibilities

• Show apartments and process applications for prospective residents.
• Handle and coordinate move-ins and move-outs.
• Prepare and maintain resident files per policy.
• Initiate lease renewals and forward packets for approval.
• Process maintenance service requests.
• Maintain good resident relations in the community.
• Prepare weekly traffic/renewal reports.
• Keep advertising and websites files up to date.
• Cooperate with other departments.
• Perform outreach marketing as directed.
• Follow up on rental leads and visitors.
• Process Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable as instructed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• In PM’s absence, manage office and finances.
• Lead in-site property operations and teamwork.
