Magnolia Square Apartments in Naples, FL is seeking a Full-Time Property Manager to lead daily operations, supervise on-site staff, and drive occupancy and asset performance. You will manage resident relations, budgeting, leasing, and maintenance coordination to ensure a high-quality living experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years of experience in Property Management or related work.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred; willingness to obtain if instructed by senior management.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to collect data, establish facts, draw conclusions.
• Ability to travel to attend company gatherings; on-call as necessary.
• Achieve Fair Housing certification prior to interaction with prospects or residents.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and community software applications and OSHA knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates highest standards of integrity and compliance with policies, procedures and laws.
• Maximize occupancy and property value within budget guidelines and goals.
• Handle resident concerns with a positive customer service attitude.
• Develop and implement resident retention programs.
• Coordinate with leasing team to achieve property goals and gather market data.
• Monitor traffic, conversions, renewals and marketing information.
• Maintain records: rent rolls, delinquency reports, move-ins/move-outs.
• Hire, train, supervise and evaluate on-site staff; conduct reviews.
