Greystar Worldwide, LLC in Naples, FL seeks an experienced Property Manager to run day-to-day operations of a multifamily community. You will lead the onsite team, manage budgets and leasing activities, and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable housing laws.

The role emphasizes budget stewardship, revenue growth, resident satisfaction, and strong vendor/owner communication. Previous management experience in multifamily housing is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated; ability to lead and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and input property budgets; analyze financial statements and marketing data.
• Set rent rates and ensure timely collection and deposits; prepare monthly reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance, and code charges correctly.
• Control expenditures within approved budgets and manage cash handling.
• Oversee lease enforcement, applications, renewals, inspections, and notices.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing/leasing strategies.
• Promote resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and service requests.
• Ensure maintenance standards and timely response to issues.
• Supervise staff: hiring, training, performance, and daily supervision.
• Manage client/owner relationships; provide updates and meet requests.
• Complete accounting, financial, and administrative reports as needed.
