Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years of experience in Property Management or related work.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred; willingness to obtain if asked.
• Strong problem-solving, data collection and analysis abilities.
• Ability to be on-call and travel to company gatherings as needed.
• Know-how of Fair Housing, OSHA laws and relevant regulations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and property software.

Responsibilities

• Maximize occupancy and increase property value while maintaining appearance.
• Resolve resident concerns with a positive customer service attitude.
• Develop and implement resident retention programs and communications.
• Coordinate leasing staff to achieve property goals and monitor marketing data.
• Maintain records: rent rolls, delinquencies, move-ins/outs, etc.
• Hire, train, supervise and evaluate on-site staff; manage timesheets.
