Inland Real Estate Group, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations, maximize occupancy, and enhance community quality at our Florida properties. You will lead leasing, maintenance coordination, and resident relations to achieve financial and service goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years of experience in Property Management or related work experience.
• CAM or ARM preferred; willing to obtain if instructed by senior management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and property software applications.

Responsibilities

• Maximize occupancy and increase property value in line with budget goals.
• Handle resident concerns and requests with a positive customer service attitude to ensure satisfaction.
• Develop and implement resident retention programs (events, promotions, newsletters).
• Communicate with tenants about events and disruptions; conduct periodic inspections with residents.
