Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations at one apartment community in Naples, FL. The role requires leadership, strong resident relations, and effective communication to drive occupancy and revenue goals.

You will lead staff, manage onboarding, set performance expectations, and coordinate with HR. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in multi-family management are preferred; MS Office and PM software proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• 3+ years of related multi-family property management experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Leads property staff, overseeing onboarding, training, timesheet approval and quarterly/annual reviews.
• Drive team to achieve performance indicators and manage disciplinary actions with HR.
• Conduct ongoing training on leasing paperwork, safety, and daily operations.
• Motivate staff through recognition, training and team-building to boost morale.
• Assist in budget preparation and ensure adherence to budgets.
• Complete month-end and year-end financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention by addressing complaints and requests promptly.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure timely service requests.
