Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Property Manager for a Centennial, CO property. You will oversee daily operations, lease administration, and resident retention while ensuring excellent service and compliance with the management agreement.

The role requires 2–3 years of property management experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office; Salesforce.com and Yardi Voyager knowledge is preferred. On-site role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of property management experience required.
• 1–2 years of direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred.
• Knowledge of Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the property including resident satisfaction and full lifecycle activities (lease administration, rent collection, delinquency management).
• Oversee property P&L and marketing in line with company standards.
• Meet client expectations and provide excellent customer service.
• Recruit, interview, provide corrective feedback, and hire staff.
• Lead and coach associates to deliver a shared vision and development.
• Execute the strategic marketing plan to attract and retain residents.
• Understand operations guidelines in the management agreement.
• Respond to resident complaints and liaise with corporate on maintenance and rules enforcement.
• Maintain knowledge through workshops, publications, and networking.
• Organize site disaster and emergency evacuation plans.
• Manage safety records, loss claims, and risk initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
