You will lead a team, manage vendor contracts, implement marketing plans to attract residents, and maintain compliance with property management guidelines.

A high school diploma is required with 2–3 years of property management experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of property management experience required.
• 1–2 years of direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred.
• Prior experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the property, including resident satisfaction, lease administration, rent collection, and property P&L.
• Ensure excellent customer service and meet client expectations.
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff; provide coaching and development.
• Lead marketing efforts to attract and retain residents; implement strategic plans.
• Manage vendor contracts and maintain safety, compliance, and risk management.
