Job summary

S2 Residential seeks a Property Manager in Phoenix to lead a leasing team and collaborate with maintenance to meet high performance standards. You will drive occupancy, retention, and budget adherence, while promoting S2’s core values and resident-first service.

You will mentor staff, manage events, and advocate for residents, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies. A strong communicator with organizational skills will thrive here.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Property Manager experience.
