S2 Residential is seeking a Property Manager to lead a Leasing Agents team and collaborate with Maintenance, driving occupancy and resident satisfaction. You will implement strategies to thrive in dynamic markets, monitor budgets, and report to executives on key risks and opportunities.

A strong customer service mindset and industry knowledge are essential. Applicants should have 2+ years as a Property Manager, Fair Housing understanding, a valid driver license, and a reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Property Manager experience.
• Fair Housing knowledge and related laws.
• Valid driver license and reliable transportation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead Leasing Agents to meet performance goals.
