Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience.
• Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills; ability to correspond in a professional, courteous, businesslike manner.
• Ability to read and interpret lease paperwork, rules, and operating instructions; write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to apply logical thinking to define problems and take appropriate action.
• Demonstrate the ability to support a team environment.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance; ability to provide own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Schedule leasing appointments and tours with prospects, adhering to procedures and fair housing requirements.
• Conduct property inspections as scheduled.
• Meet prospects in person, by phone, email, and via Elise AI to determine best apartment match.
• Process applications including credit checks, references, and income verification; manage move-in funds and data entry in Rent Café and Yardi.
• Manage lease renewals and track the renewal cycle.
• Proof contracts and support portfolio managers.
• Assist with parking passes and annual lease audits.
• Track sublets and lease reassignments; resolve resident issues with Rent Café and Elise AI; escalate when needed.
• Maintain in-progress lease files and update marketing tools (Oxford site, Rent Café, flyers, Matterport).
• Provide support to residential property management team.
