Qualifications

• One year of management experience in Property Management software preferred (Real Page).
• Certification in occupancy/LIHTC related areas within 1 year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all property operations including occupancy, leasing, marketing, maintenance and rent collections.
• Ensure compliance with HUD and Tax Credit regulations and internal policies.
• Prepare annual budgets and income projections; monitor financial performance against goals.
• Coordinate resident relations, policies, social programs and community improvements.
• Lead staff meetings, provide training, counsel staff and foster teamwork.
