Job summary

Prospera Housing Community Services in Corpus Christi, TX seeks a Property Manager to oversee daily site operations, leasing, rent collection and compliance with HUD/LIHTC standards. You will supervise staff, coordinate with Resident Services and Maintenance, and report performance to owners.

The role requires strong budgeting, reporting, and communication skills; RealPage experience is a plus; fluency in English preferred; willingness to work with residents and comply with safety and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in property management.
• Experience with HUD/LIHTC/HOME program regulations.
• Proven ability to manage daily property activities and deadlines.
• Experience with RealPage or similar property management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations including occupancy, leasing, marketing and rent collection.
• Assist with annual budgeting and ensure adherence to the budget.
• Collaborate with residents and services teams to maintain satisfaction.
• Prepare for and participate in board meetings and reporting.
• Address resident concerns and coordinate with Resident Services.
• Supervise site staff and ensure policy compliance and goal achievement.
• Maintain financial and administrative reports and coordinate invoices.
