Job summary

Prospera Housing Community Services seeks a Property Manager to oversee all aspects of the Kirby property. Responsibilities include occupancy, leasing, marketing, maintenance, and rent collection, while ensuring HUD/Tax Credit compliance.

You will manage staff, budgets and coordinate with regional leadership and boards. The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field, property management experience, and relevant certifications within a year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Administration, Real Estate or related field.
• Minimum 1 year property management experience; Real Page experience preferred.
• Certification in occupancy or housing tax credit programs within one year.
• Valid Texas driver’s license and ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects.
• Experience in customer-focused, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all property operations including occupancy, leasing, marketing, maintenance and rent collection.
• Prepare annual budgets with management and monitor financial performance.
• Lead staff, conduct weekly meetings and ensure compliance with HUD/Tax Credit rules.
• Develop resident policies and programs; address resident concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with regional management and board meetings; report on property metrics.
