Job summary

PK Housing is seeking a driven property manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the community and act as an ambassador onsite, supervising staff and ensuring resident satisfaction.

You will manage budgeting, market the property, oversee leasing, ensure compliance, and coordinate with regional supervision. Experience in property management and customer service is required; Rural Development experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the community and act as ambassador onsite.
• Supervise on-site staff including cleaning, leasing, maintenance, and others.
• Maintain strong resident relations and ensure residents are satisfied with the community.
• Market the property through community outreach and targeted marketing efforts.
• Oversee leasing of apartments and maintain occupancy rates.
• Process new applications and provide required information to compliance.
• Maintain compliance policies and procedures.
• Supervise rent collection, ledgers, deposits, and petty cash records.
• Pursue delinquent rents and evictions and provide information to the compliance team.
• Provide account information to the Regional Supervisor.
• Supervise resident relations and enforce community rules and regulations.
• Supervise maintenance and preventive maintenance activities and improvements.
• Oversee landscaping, lawn care, and snowplowing operations.
• Collaborate with Regional Supervisor to develop and monitor annual budget objectives.
