The Galman Group is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance tasks across our properties. You will manage make-readies, preventive maintenance, and safety procedures to ensure clean, safe, and well-maintained living spaces for residents.

Responsibilities include supervising technicians, coordinating repairs with the Property Manager, and enforcing company safety standards. A strong maintenance background and leadership skills are essential for success.

Qualificações

• Must have prior maintenance management experience or supervisory role.
• Ability to work on-call shifts as needed.
• Experience leading maintenance teams and coordinating tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise routine maintenance and repairs to keep units and common areas in good condition.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations (EPA/OSHA) and Fair Housing laws.
• Train and supervise maintenance technicians; monitor productivity and safety.
• Coordinate make-readies and inspections; manage inventory and parts.
