Job summary

The Galman Group seeks a Full-Time Leasing Professional to join our team. The role emphasizes sales and customer service, managing the leasing process from start to finish, and presenting our apartments with energy and enthusiasm.

You will build relationships with prospective residents and current tenants, provide excellent service, and support property goals while adhering to policies and Fair Housing requirements.

Qualifications

• Prior leasing experience preferred but not required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.
• Understanding of computer systems, web applications and software.
• Excellent organizational, presentation, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Proven ability to engage quickly with individuals and build relationships with business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Conducts business in line with company policies and Fair Housing laws.
• Maintains a professional, friendly leasing office atmosphere.
• Inspects models and vacancies to ensure cleanliness.
• Answers calls, texts, and emails; triage as needed.
• Greets prospects, qualifies needs, and presents communities and apartments.
