Job summary

Biggs Property Management is hiring a full-time Property Manager for the Country Place and Lancaster communities in Ossian, IN. The role focuses on leasing, resident relations, and general operations to keep properties occupied and well maintained.

You will sign leases, show homes, manage occupancy and delinquency records, attend eviction court, and handle resident inquiries with strong communication and organizational skills. HUD/TC experience and Microsoft 365 are required; Yardi is a plus.

Qualifications

• HUD/TC experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Experience with Yardi is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Signing leases.
• Showing prospective residents' homes.
• Maintaining occupancy and delinquency records.
• Attending court for evictions.
• Addressing and resolving resident complaints.
• Actively market and promote the community.
• Mail correspondence to residents.
