Biggs Property Management is hiring a full-time Property Manager for the Country Place and Lancaster communities in Ossian, IN. The role focuses on leasing, resident relations, and general operations to keep properties occupied and well maintained.
You will sign leases, show homes, manage occupancy and delinquency records, attend eviction court, and handle resident inquiries with strong communication and organizational skills. HUD/TC experience and Microsoft 365 are required; Yardi is a plus.

The Property Manager is a reliable individual who is eager to take on the responsibility of running their own property. Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must. We seek someone with a strong work ethic, confidence, and integrity. Top-notch administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skills are also important, as the successful candidate will interact with members of the public looking for housing and also communicate with members of the corporate team.
