The role oversees Marketing, Leasing, Administrative, and Maintenance, ensuring budgets, reports, and resident relations are managed effectively. A real estate license may be required by state law.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in multi-family Property Management.
• Strong supervisory skills.
• Must have real estate license or obtain within 120 days if required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all Marketing, Leasing, Administrative, and Maintenance functions.
• Responsible for achieving company and client budget objectives.
• Responsible for all Resident/Landlord Relations and for accounting and collections.
• Complete required weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial and operational reports.
• Complete budget-to-actual variance reporting and provide explanations for variances.
• Supervise day-to-day office and maintenance operations and project management.
